Heart Diseases And Their Precautions

These days, the rate of heart diseases is increasing rapidly. Every 3rd person in ten is suffering from this disease. The main problem is unawareness of most of the people about the reasons of heart diseases. It is not an incurable disease that can’t be controlled or taken care. It only needs precautions and regular check up to defeat the cruel paws of this disease.

High blood Pressure

One of the most common reasons is the high blood pressure. People having a high level of cholesterol, suffering from obesity and alcohol addicted are the big patients of high blood pressure. Such people must reduce the consumption of salt and oily food.

Diabetes

One more common victim of this disease is a diabetic patient. Since high sugar level in the blood triggers the increased fat accumulation in the vessels that ultimately leads towards a sudden attack. The worst scenario is that diabetic patients feel less pain and mostly ignore angina pain that could lead towards serious attack. This is the reason it is always recommended that diabetic patients must keep an eye on their sugar level and must reduce the amount of sugar in their diet. They must take small meals 5 times a day and must make a habit of regular walk and exercise.

Obesity

Another most common reason is the obesity either it’s morbid or excessive. An obese person is much prone to heart diseases because fats have been deposited in the body and there are much chances of having an increased triglyceride in their body. So it is always recommended that every person must keep an eye on the BMI level and must do exercise and walk in order to reduce weight.

Although, heart diseases are hereditary as well as are followed by the above mentioned reasons, yet one can protect oneself from it by taking proper care, regular checkup, health diet and daily walk. Have a healthy heart, have a healthy life!
