Close your eyes and take a deep breath for 3-5 minute in a day and visualize about your aim to quit smoking. Drink lots of water.

Another way, “Cold Turkey” most smokers find that they can really quit once and for all. It is well known and most popular way to quit smoking. It is an expression which describes the action of a person who gives up habit at once or forever.
